Plans
I am a determined and driven individual but during my competitive season I still work hard to create balance in my life. I have plans to travel with my family and pursue other interests which include: fiction reading, industry writing, earning my scuba diving certification, studying Spanish, and spending time with friends.
Competitions
I will make my season debut at the 2009 NPC Emerald Cup, to be held April 17th and 18th in Bellevue, Washington. I hope to earn a National qualifying placing and look forward to the pursuit of becoming an IFBB Pro. More competitions will be posted here in the near future.

New Team, New Methods
Already, 2009 has brought a host of changes and new opportunities for me. I am very excited to have partnered with a new team—On Stage Image Services. The On Stage Image team is rapidly taking my contest preparation and personal promotion to new levels. Working with them has been a complete change for me.
