About Me
I make my home in Portland, Oregon with my husband, Rick and two-year-old son, Ethan. I am a national level NPC Figure competitor, placing in the top five at Nationals last year. My professional background is in strategic sales and marketing with a special emphasis on branding and copywriting. I also work as a freelance journalist for various online Health and Fitness Industry publications. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Speech & Communications from Western Oregon University.

History
I entered my first physique competition in 2007, just four months after the birth of my son. I enjoy helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and point to my personal story to help inspire women to stay motivated and driven when pursuing their dreams.

Future Plans
In 2009, I look forward to promoting our industry and raising awareness for how to achieve success with a balanced health and fitness approach. I also hope to fulfill my dream of earning my IFBB Pro Card. My first competition will be the NPC Emerald Cup, in Bellevue, Washington. Please check my News section for future plans and appearances.
